We met our guide to go over to the Elephanta Caves. They are ancient carvings in a cliff side, all done with a hammer and chisel. All for Lord Shiva

a long day
It was a 1 hour ferry ride to the caves and then again coming back. The Ferries leave from the Gateway of India
Lanes are just a suggestion. The blue taxis are the ones with air conditioning
We went back to the hotel for one more meal. This was our favorite hotel. Ocean view, free wifi
They kept giving us complimentary desserts

We were driven to the airport hotel. Debbie and Jeanne hung out with us until 11 pm when they were picked up to go to the airport. We had a nice dinner in the hotel.
Sharon and I hope to get a little sleep and we will leave tomorrow.
