Cooking Class

At our stations.  Everything lined up.

Francesco is helping us out.

Tiramisu.  We made this first so it could chill.

Kris learned how to peel a mushroom.
We are ready.

Making the bruschette.
Francesco was helping two groups of 5.  He was a speed demon.  Racing here and there.  pronto pronto.  We all did different parts of different things.
This is how much uncooked paste should be made for 1 serving.

The pasta with the tomato sauce.  This is A LOT more than 10 servings.

Plenty of red wine.  I think they must be connected to a vineyard because the wine had their name on it.

We made bruschette, egg pasta, Mediterranean sauce, turkey bocconcini with erbs (they spelled it this way) and tiramisu.  When everything was done.  We snacked on the bruschette, and then moved downstairs to the wine cellar to eat.  They had enough tables for everyone. What a fun event.  They made it all seem so easy.  We might do this meal next beach weekend.
