A little refreshment

We stopped here for dinner. This was a different meal. They just kept bringing out different dishes. Olives, bread, sliced pancetta, tomatoes with basil, lentils, pasta with Parmesan cheese, pork tenderloin, cold zucchini, cold spinach, homemade potato chips, for dessert there was a lemon cake and a strawberry juice. Plus plenty of red and white wine. I was stuffed.
When we came out from the restaurant it was night but the city was lit up. It is nearly full moon. Some people caught the bus to go back to the hotel and some went with Martin to go to Trivi fountain and then home. I went with that group.

Nearly full moon over the coliseum. This was a dream of mine of a photo op. Unfortunately my camera did not do it justice.
Home and to bed around midnight. Whew.

I'm guessing the street performers have a custom steel frame. Notice how his right sleeve is covering where he's holding the post so you can't see the metal arm in his sleeve. His weight is counter-balancing the frame. The real mystery is, where is his hat for collecting money?
The wine was just for our group and we had potato chips and pop corn. It wasn't hazy with the full moon last night it was my camera. When I try to zoom in - I can't hold it steady enough maybe, or the moon was too bright. But it was a gorgeous even. The street performer did have a hat for money and a steel frame with fake hand. He did not move when people put in money like the other performers did.
